Green, shady and family-friendly: Lido Maiernigg is one of the three large lidos in Klagenfurt's East Bay and offers everything needed for a nice day at the lake. You find an approximately 12,000-square-meter sunbathing lawn, a nice bakery café overlooking the water, its own parking lot, and a bus stop right outside the entrance. Also on site is one of the largest SUP rental companies in Austria. Access to the water is convenient and easy via the shallow shore area or the wooden bridges.
